Located on the southern edge of the Lake District National Park, Sizergh Caravan and Camping is a family-run site situated on a working organic dairy farm. Whether you are looking for a quick stop-over or a long-term retreat in the Cumbrian countryside, our site offers the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers.

Fully-Serviced Caravan Pitches

Our seven caravan pitches are generously sized, featuring an average of 10m x 6m of granite hard standing with an adjoining grass area of similar size.

• Suitability: Ideal for caravans, camper vans, and motorhomes.

• Amenities: Every pitch is fully serviced with water, electricity (EHU), and a grey water drain.

• Extras: Awnings are welcome at no additional charge.

• Booking: 1-night stays are available Sunday–Thursday. Weekend 1-night stays are by arrangement only (Please call 07436 232574).

Scenic Camping Field

Our camping area features 10 pitches suitable for various tent sizes. To maintain the tranquility of our fields, parking is located near the site entrance, and wheelbarrows are provided to transport your gear to your pitch.

• Small Pitches: Fits a 2-person tent (2 m x 3 m).

• Medium Pitches: Fits up to a 6-person tent (6 m x 6 m including guy ropes).

• Large Pitches: Fits up to an 8-person tent (8.5 m x 8.5 m including guy ropes).

• Note: We do not accept trailer tents. Electricity is available on each tent pitch.

Exceptional On-Site Facilities

We have developed our site with guest comfort in mind, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable stay:

• Shower Block: Clean, contemporary unisex block with underfloor heating, three showers, two toilets, and a hairdryer.

• Practical Extras: Heated drying facilities for wet gear, a pot wash area with hot/cold water, and a communal fridge, freezer, and kettle.

• Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is available across the site.

Award-Winning Farm Shop & Café

Our on-site farm shop and café provide the perfect spot to stock up on essentials or enjoy a meal.

• Organic Milk: Visit our raw milk vending machine for milk straight from the farm’s herd.

• Farm Life: Guests are welcome to watch the cows being milked daily from 3:45 pm or explore our free farm trail.

Essential Site Information

To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests and livestock, please note the following:

• Arrival/Departure: Check-in from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm; check-out by 12:00 noon.

• Group Policy: No group bookings (maximum 2 parties per booking). One tent per pitch.

• Safety: Children must be supervised at all times. All cooking must be done outside of tents.

• Dogs: We are dog-friendly (maximum 1 per group). Dogs must be kept on a lead and under close control around livestock.

• Season: * Vans: March – December
