Our shepherd huts have been handcrafted by us, with care, creativity, and attention to every detail. They are completely bespoke — you won’t find anything else like them on the market. Each hut has its own personality, blending rustic charm with thoughtful touches to create a warm, cosy, and memorable stay.

We are home to five beautifully designed shepherd huts:
two charming alpaca-themed huts and three cosy sheep-themed huts. Three of our huts also feature private hot tubs, perfectly positioned to overlook our open fields — an ideal spot to relax, unwind, and soak up the tranquillity of the countryside.

Springwood is more than just a place to stay; it’s a small rural haven. Guests can enjoy the presence of our friendly animals, including horses, a Shetland pony, sheep, alpacas, and our free-range chickens, who lay delicious fresh eggs.

While our setting feels wonderfully secluded, the historic city of York is just a short drive away, offering the perfect balance of peaceful rural living and rich culture, history, shopping, and dining.
