Pitch Information & Membership
We cater to adults only and offer a variety of spacious, flat, hard-standing pitches. Our site consists of:

CL Site: A 5-van site exclusive to Caravan and Motorhome Club members.

General Pitches: 18 additional pitches available for touring caravans and motorhomes.

Facilities: All pitches include electric hook-ups, water, and grey waste drainage.

We provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including:

Welltrough Hall Farm is home to Highland cows and calves, saddleback pigs, and 5 Alpacas. We are dog-friendly (dogs must be kept on a lead) and offer:

Is Welltrough Hall Farm suitable for families?
No, we are strictly an adult-only site. This ensures a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for all our guests looking to relax in the countryside.
Can I bring my dog, and are there areas to walk them?
Absolutely! We are very dog-friendly, provided dogs are kept on a lead while on the site. We offer a 3 km mown grass walk around the farm and even provide a free warm dog shower to help clean off mucky paws before you return to your pitch.
What facilities are included at each pitch?
All of our pitches are hard-standing, spacious, and generally flat. Each individual pitch is fully serviced with its own electric hook-up, water supply, and grey waste drain, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.
How do I book the onsite sauna, and how much does it cost?
The sauna holds two people and costs £15 per hour. To book, please call or text 07734605965. We simply ask for at least one hour’s notice so we can turn it on and have it up to temperature for your arrival.
Are there places to eat or shop nearby?
